The cartoon brings out the reasons for the 'collapse/death of higher education' in Tamil Nadu. This is what that is happening in American College now. Also include another factor - 'religious vandalism' apart from the factors (political interference, commercialisation of education, administrative confusions (as created by the Bishop), Education Department (inefficiency) mentioned in the cartoon.
